I had my 2nd photo shooting job last week, this time is for a restaurant (Chan Yue). The purpose of the photos is for their website and menu. The foods are delicious, the boss is very kind to treat me bak kut teh. Think about it now, it makes me feel hungry. Just before I left, the place was packed with customers. 2009 has been an awesome year to me. Its only less than 2 more months, we're gonna welcome 2010. Best is yet to come, Greater things are yet to be done.

I know it is too early for me to write this post.

But I am getting excited as I preparing for next year since after i came back from my personal retreat. I am excited to see things are working after I have invested all my times and efforts since the last few years.

As God has called me with the open doors and given me the passion. I am going to hold few major positions next year in church and market place. I had a meeting with my leaders, cast out the visions and direction for next year. They have really grown up in humility and leadership. I believe in them and I know that they are rising up to be the man of God. I am so proud of them.

However, as i continue preparing and adjusting myself for the few new positions. I finally feel the challenge. In fact, I am facing few challenges now. Sometimes, I gonna ask "is that all?" and shout all my heart out "BRING IT ON"!!! Sometimes, its really bother me.

Today, I just gonna remind myself that "I do not have all the Answers". I am LIMITED.

But God says to me "You will face challenges and trials! But take courage my son. Do not be afraid. For I am with you, partnering with you to the things I have called you to do. I will Never Leave You nor Forsake You".

I may be cant. But GOD CAN!!!

We can do all things through Christ who strengthen us.

After a long time.

Finally, I have the privilege to hear my uncle (Ps Charlie) preached again last Sat. The sermon was good. Uncle Vinsky told me that his preaching has rise up to another level since the last time he heard him preached in Church (SIBKL) few years back. And I absolutely agree with him. I hope I can preach like him one day.

Ps Charlie was sharing about his testimony, how did he came to know Jesus, his suffers of poverty in his childhood, how he found his security in God, and his fear for God.

His fear for God of punishments and judgment of wrong doing, its an wake up message to me. Whoever does wrong deserve punishment and judgment.

There is a PRICE TO PAY.

I finally realized that I'm paying the price of my mistake instead asking God why putting me in such a position/situation or looking out the window find someone to blame. I am just gonna deal with myself and allow God to correct me and mold me in the mess.

AND i shall give thanks to the LORD for He is Good. His love endures forever

Ephesians 2:3-5 tell us that "All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our sinful nature and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature objects of wrath. But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved."

Mercy is not getting what you do deserve / withheld punishment
Grace is getting what you don't deserve / unmerited favor

His grace is sufficient for us, for his power is made perfect in our weakness.

We shall fix our eyes and focus on God. Not the problems. There is no problem too big for God to fix.

The devil came to kill, steal and destroy but Jesus came to revive, redeem and restore.

We do not deserve, but with his unconditional love for us, he sacrificed his life and paid the price on that Cross for our sins/my sins as a ransom of our lives/my life.

If you are not safe by God' grace today, I pray that you will come to know my friend (Jesus) one day. John 3:16

^I had this at the market. The food are very nice and cheap. I ate lot, and tapau. Did not take many photos.

I thank God for a blessed, safe and fruitful trip. I do my personal retreat once in every year since after i graduated 2 years ago. Last year, I went up to one of the mountain in Malaysia . I took my guitar, journal book, bible, and laptop and went up with my car.

However, this year, I have decided to backpack one of the state in Malaysia. Merely travel based on public transport. Because of that, I did not bring my guitar and laptop. But I got my DSLR camera, a book (The Journey by Billy Graham from uncle and aunt for my baptism's gift) and new journal book along with me. I was looking for a place surrounds with Malays and a nice beach.

KUANTAN.

I had a great time with God.

Taking a Break from a normal routine.
Do my personal reflection (my past successes, failures, mistakes and etc)
Planning for next year direction,what's next coming and the future.
Planning for ministries.
Re-prioritize my focus and schedule.
Being silent and have Heart to heart talk with God.

Time passed very fast for 3 days.

God is Good. All the time.

I praise God and by the grace of God, I know how to play couple of instruments by now. My passion for music has grown since I started performing in a band 3 years ago (it was my childhood's dream). Blessed with a vocal teacher for training me more than one and a half years.

With that honor and privilege that God has blessed me, I am worship leader today. Guitar is like my next best friend. We do things together. He accompany me when i was upset, we worship God together, he helps me to be creative at times, worship lead with me drawing people into the presence of God, celebrates with me for the victories and he never fail to lift me up when I was down. I love my guitar.

The next instrument that I really wish to play it well one day.

Its Saxophone.

I have the passion for saxophone since when I was in high school. I some how, just really fall in love with Sax. I love the sound, the body, and I think it is absolutely SEXY :)

Sax has a sweet and smooth Jazz sound . It can be very relaxing, and help focus to the listeners. Some people say Sax produces a sound that is very close to the sound of the human voice, because of that, they produce such an emotional charged sound.(correct me if I'm wrong)

Honestly, I have no idea how to play the Saxophone as for now. I have tried playing the flute, and it took me quite awhile just to learn how to blow the sound out technically. And I believe it is not easy for Sax.

Fingering system similar to both clarinet and flute.

The sound is produced from a reed made of cane, held on the mouthpiece by a ligature. Your air causes this vibration which goes through the horn.

There are four major type of saxophones which are alto, tenor, baritone and soprano

Good brands for saxophone are Yamaha, Keilwerth, Selmer, and Yanagisawa.

However, with that excitement, I am looking for the day to come.

Dear love ones,

Hope everyone is doing GREAT!!!

God has been constantly reminding me to be faithful in little things and the things that he has entrusted me. I hope I am faithful and pleasing God.

Few months ago, I resigned from my first job due to some reasons. Then, I was uncertain of my direction. I had pondered about it what I want to do in this economy downturn season. I was praying, fasting and seeking his will in my life. Dad and many friends of mine were supporting me to follow my dad's footsteps in his business. I never thought of doing this at this early age, but I had tried for 2weeks working for dad. As you know the feeling, it was really tough working for your “own dad”. Yet, I was working hard with a teachable attitude eagerly to learn more of skills and get familiar with the industry.

Things were in progress until one day; my beloved mum told me that she wanted me to find a job to work. I felt that she was very selfish. Honestly, I was so upset and angry. I did not talk to her for few weeks. Ever since I was high school year 3, she always put criticism every time I told her of my dreams at every stage of my life. However, with a step of obedience, once again I obeyed my parents as God tells so. God has opened the door and blessed me a job.

As I remembered I was crying out to God of all my hurts and sufferings, “Why My Mum Is So Selfish?” I believe God has answered my prayer recently and he is teaching me to have the “Balance”. Many times in the past, I had the gang-ho spirit to come out and work on my business plans and to pursue my dreams. But today, I know that God has putting my mum to have this “Balance” in this part of journey of my life. She is stopping me from going wild, aggressive and making unwise decisions. She is helping me to go slow at times when I was impatient; humble myself to know that I am not ready for the big things.

Today, I learn about “BALANCE”

You may be a person who doesn’t wait things happen, you make things happen. Excellent Attitude!!! But there is a phrase saying, “Do not act until God tells you to do so is the act of maturity”. We need Balance!

The books teach us to think positive. But sometimes over positive thinking might lead to over confident and you might miss out some unforeseen circumstances. We need Balance!

No one likes criticisms, and conflicts always create arguments/quarrels. But only through that, things will get better and they challenge us to think outside of the box. Constructive criticisms are good. We need Balance!

And of cause we must love ourselves as appreciation to God’s unique creation. But until you learn how to love others, then you will have breakthrough in your life, by knowing that we are having the same journey and you are blessed by God’s grace. As the bible says you must love your neighbor just as much as you love yourself." We need Balance!

In the corporate world, I learn that people take pride to perform excellent works. But humility is even better; you will gain more as the more you humble yourself. We need Balance!

Giving is blessing others and Receiving is blessing from God. In life, we give and take. We learn and teach. Sometimes we win, sometime we lose. We make mistakes and contribute to success. We get wealth and bless the poor.

Dear All,

In Every Season of our lives. As we grow, whether you like it or not. We some how will make decision. Decision to follow Jesus wholeheartedly, trust in Him, surrender everything back to Him, turn away from wicked sins, what course to study, which uni to enroll, career paths, yes or no to the boy/gal, and etc.

If you're determined to be obedient to God, honor him in every decision you make, I am glad for you. God will not shortage you. IF only we know and so clear of what he wants us to do, where to go and which DECISION TO MAKE.

HOWEVER, the journey in our lives is not as easy as we think, it has been so challanging for me. Especially when we are at the crossroad and God is silent.

After all, I know that God is telling me "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you," declares the LORD (Jeremiah 29:11-14)

I remember that last year, I listened to John C Maxwell was talking about Managing Decisions. Some of the highlights in his talk was

The Secret of your successes are determined by your daily agenda.
The Secret of your successes are determined by what you do today .

Successful people make important decisions early of their life and they manage their decisions the rest of their life.

Making decisions is overrated, managing decisions is underrated.

Let's hear more from HIM! He is a good mentor. Christian leader and Business Man!

I truly think it is very significant for you and I even at this age to make Godly decision that honor Him with our lives in every decision that we make in every stage of our life and manage them well. So that we can be successful in our marriage, career, to be good parents, in serving God, and more importantly the successful child of God in God's eyes.

There is a saying, the decisions that you made in the 1st half of your life will most influence/impacted of what your 2nd half of your life would be.

Therefore,

Make It Wise.

sorry for those who are trying to contact me through my hp...

my hp is currently out of service due to my phone's operating system currupted after receiving a sms update from my band member yesterday.

the moment my hp was not working. i started to think of the people in my mind such as.

*my
luv one,
my parent,
god parent,
team members,
mei,
relative,
church,
frens,
and etc

i worry that my luv one, parents and mei could not get me if they having any urgent to update me.
i worry about my luv one, parents and mei, that i could not reach them and tell them what i want to tell them if anything happen to me.
i worry that my team members could not get me for any project update and guidance to carry on with the projects.
i worry about my church, frens and relative if they need my helps or update.

but well besides that, its not much impact to me. mayb im quite busy with my projects at the moment. I don relly bother to get my hp fixed or get a new one or look for an backup phone to use for a moment but i just let it be until i hand up my last assingment on friday. however, i did carry my hp along althought it does not work at all, probably just hope that miracle happen and it is suddenly work well back.lolz! ohh, ya...i can understand how's pastor chew feeling now, living without a handphone...indeed its pretty cool one!!! hehe=p

and just today, i was thinking did i miss out anyone who i communicating all this while. yes, i found, you should know. that is our heaven father.

how awesome that we can communicate with him without a mobile phone or any communication tool. we can talk to him any place, anytime, even in the jungle, sea or cave.lolz! AMEN! Yes, i luv talking to him.

Thank God for today. it's 6.45am now. God woke me up. i know im gonna do this. sharing my journey...........

Life is getting busy and Im pretty much enjoying busy. I love doing and working on whatever am doing at the moment. Through study occupies most of my time, and I have sacrificed a lots for it. I know that this is what God wants me to focus on my study and nothing else for this moment or this year. I am patiently to look forward and achieve those I am most desire and wanting for after I am graduated end of this year (Wife is one of my most desire gift of my life).

I am studying in an IT college, through its kind of challenging and I always have to put my self on cracking my head to solve problem (any technical, programming), but I enjoy most of the time. The best feeling or satisfaction is every moment after I solve a problem on my own solution. I am doing BSc (honors) in Computing course. I am pretty enjoying my course, my college, my friends, my lecturers and the environment. Many people comment that IT/Computing courses are one of those tough courses around.

Indeed. But Answer can be Yes and No.

I would say its all depends on how you see yourself dealing with it and most important is your interest. If you know me well, I am actually a very business minded person and I have a very big dream to achieve. And I love my dream; my passion grows each day when I wake up in the morning. I am thanking God for laying such a dream and purpose for my life. And he helps me to discover my gifts, teaching me, talking to me, show me my paths, prepare many great mentors to guide me in many areas to equip me, so I can serve in his kingdom and each others. Yet my passion is not IT, but is BUSINESS. Many people have wonder why I am studying IT yet not a BUSINESS course after knowing me have such a big interest in Business and follow up with a question was I chosen a wrong course.

My answers would be “Why you choose to study some thing that you are already good at it?”, “Nope, I have my own plan”

God is always faithful, he provides you the gifts as well as needs to achieve the dreams and the purpose of your life. I have reasons to choose IT as my sub skill/knowledge few years back instead of others course (long to share, probably will be topic in future). Yes, I had thought of studying psychology as well. And in God’s perfect plan, he had chosen IT course for me, and located me in one of best IT College (APIIT) in Malaysia. So I forecast and analyze the future needs, I know IT is going help my business to be more outstanding and no doubt its one of the largest industry in this generation. My business’s passion grows my interest in IT, and it’s equipping me a problem solving mindset for many business problems may face in the future. And now, Im good at both Business and IT.

I read many business books in areas such as leadership, management, marketing, entreprenuership, internet business, financial and etc. I luv it. I had dealt with number of freelance projects in the past, one of the biggest and most experience was a project involved network implementation in my fren's dad issurance company (ING). I led my team, get the job done, left that place with cash. Last year, i was leading a team on a small internet business. we had learned so much and all. we are excited to see the revenue grow each day. Business is all bout pratical and it must involve pratices. you learn most from your failures not so on your success. John c Maxwell, stated in his book that the ratio of a success is 1:7 failure. in another word, most successful ppl experience average of 7 times failures before meeting the great success. Failure is the best teacher. Appreciate it.

If you always have a plan along your journey, I am glad for you. If you make your stand and follow your plan, I am proud of you.

Never follow the crowd. There are no 2 Bill gates in this world. Practice your rights to be unique.Yeah. Here is my Blogging journey started again. And is my honor privilege to share every single bit of my life to everyone in this planet.

sigh...sigh...sigh... holiday is goin to end today! im goin back school tmr.... well,will not be goin to APIIT-KL... ohh no,i need to study at APIIT-TPM which in bukit jalil - Technology Park Malaysia...come on ,that place is just super far from kl...really not convenient at all...anyway, will be back talk bout it after tmr.

yup,two days didnt online becoz of my router's adapter spoil. today just went back to sri com... so nice man... seeing back the ppl there....they are so happy to see me same as i do. then went to my master department,check on my router and tested with a new adapter...that was so funny you know,i was holding a new adapter which i get from the shop...then my master came..ask me what happen...so i told him my adapter spoil,then he took the adapter that i was holding to have a look...after awhile,guess what...he threw the adapter to the big trash can....haha! super funny...i asked him y throw it...he look at me,and said"it spoil ard ma"..that was the brand new adapter from the shop...so funny la...yes,he always does..i miss the time we was working in the team..he taught me lot of thing man, he is so experience,skillful,business minded...always tell me bout real life,the market+and always take care of me. well,then walked around...ching came and look for me,telling me she can giv me the adapter she has since hers sent for repair..so nice..the adapter coz rm60(crazy)..ofcoz i had special price(*ahem)..well,thx for ching..i bear rm0 to get back online...then i saw my fren's uncle(the boss) then said" hi"...he returned with a big smilling face,and said"uhm".... well,yaya...i saw my good old fren(lilin),she the niece of the boss ler...i get scolded man,coz i didnt contack her super long...still remember the last date at a steak house 1yr+back... she is studying law now..pretty cool!aiks,as usual all old frens always used to ask...whether i got new gf anot...then i told her..lots haha!then she said i m upgraded ard..lolz!was just kidding... after done my stuff...while on the way goin to lot10...there was an incoming call from justin telling me they will be reaching bukit bintang soon...so i shopped around...buy some stuff! justin and hui reached there almost 4pm then called me when i was in KL plaza nike shop. after dat v meet up in kimgarry+hav a meal. Hui bought a new hp..rich la her.haha! then v went to buy thumb drive at bo seng working place.went back around 6pm+. after justin back,then i went to klcc...look for some new arrival books at kinokuniya klcc,after that i went to shop around at isetan...i saw a suitable short (jean material) which im looking for...pretty nice 1...will be getting it soon. oh no,today i think i spent quite lot again...i need to discipline myself and control on the cash flow.

tik tok...tik tok... tik tok! shh...times flies! an eye blink, is end of the yr 2005 today! so fast...i miss lot of stuff + the happiness + the sorrow + the achievements + the failures + the mistakes + the overcome... everything will be archived into my memory rite now...

It has been an awesome year 2005,mayb i shud say the best yr of my life... its relly grows me so much in my character,personality,maturity thinking and all... year 2005 is one of the most bz yr for me, mayb i had taken up lot of position however i had gain so much(more than i expected)

1) leadership skill... playing a role as a leader is not an easy yet not that difficult, it juz another role in a team...it's very challenging, leader has to be there to control the enviroment always ,make a solid plan for the project and back-up plan base on different circumstances, hav to understand member's personality,interest,strong skill,weaknesses and personal problem time to time...always draw them a picture of ur plan... team motivation is important,in order to optimise resources(members contribution)... recipe of being good leader for me are : good analytical skill,logical thinking,critical thinking (far beyond ppl can think of),understandable of human mindset(psychologic),problem solving skill,always do analyze self weaknesses inorder to grow urself n grow/influence other eventually u will discover something which is much more valueble... brainstorming meeting is one of the best thing to explore more idea...pretty nice + funny wif ridiculous idea(very innovative,pretty cool), read more leadership book,listen to wat other leader style may suit u...and u can try apply to ur role(would be a pretty cool stuff to do)...yeah,overall it's all bout teamwork+strategy to achieve the excellent output!

2)business minded... it was started on june of 2005! juz felt that it was the time for me to start improve my business skill+gain experience and mayb do some small business..started with reading lot of books,acticle, marketing survey,talking to business minded ppl...God relly awesome, he totally understand my needs...and always answer my prayer at the rite time... one of my aunty had open up a discussion upon a business plan(bout IT sector,good business plan + profitable + demanding) wif me at the end of june(kind of surprise).. it was relly a good motivation...with the trust toward me, and dat large amount of money to invest on me.. unfortunately not a rite timing,the project just need so much time n effort to contribute for me yet i hav to concentrate on my study at the moment therefore my aunty ask me to back to them when im ready... two month ago,i received a call from Jason... he ask me to particate in the HSBC young entrepreneur award...wow,this competition was full with challenges...started wif cracking a unique innovative and cretive business idea (is absolutely not ez) rite till the business marketing strategy,implementation upon the business product n service...is not as easy at the begining as i thought..it;s relly full with challenge however i hav learn so much on the journey so far...the business workshop which i attended,public speaking skill...attend interview fr reporters,experience was brand new and reality...im really glad to enter round two... i hope will be all the best us for the next round rite to the final... here the entrepreneur mindset started!

3)IT skill... improvement upon IT skill was juz slow down slightly...mayb i was too bz with other things or i had learn most things i wanted! pretty awesome i had capture most of the famous +realiable hot programming language; C, VB, Java, .ASP, .PHP...i hav a whole picture of program development, from system design to implementation phase and improve lot of logical thinking... it makes no problem for me to develope an application rite now... webpage programming is simply great skill inorder set up a terminal on the internet wif the low capital to run a business, a media medium to provide information... since i was left my position as a Software department manager, i tot would be a great impact for me in software deployment fields n software update...well, team members were frequently approached me while they were facing difficuties in software+server+pc configuration wise..im pretty glad to be there provide necessary guidance for them ,discover solution together wif them...the more i teach and share the deeper i learn and explore... and rite now...i m involving in the webgame developement,was pretty brand new for me during the starting... my team(peter,gan,vasan,giap) had develope a webgame using .asp on last 2 months...originally wif our own game concept,theme design,database design...ohh ya,another project rite now...everything will keep as P n C rite until it launch next yr.

ohh...bye 2005!! i shall end this wif acknowledgement...1st of all i want to thk God to be wif me all the time...thk God that he answered my prayer at the rite time... thk God that he has a great plan for me...i will run the race wif Jesus christ the rite until the end of the race.Praise the lord. yep, i want to thk those ppl(u shud know who are those),my bestfrens,my mei(angela),my luv1 always there wif me...listen to my problem,sorrow,and to be there to support me all the time... i will always remember the time v had together,it was so sweet and thx for the laughter,i luv u all...

yoyo... cool stuff here... *rolling* here come the crapper!hohoho! well, it had been couple of days dat i couldnt fall into sleep at nite..aiks! and i was roling on the bed bcoz of thinking of *secret* ahem and cracking some idea to enchance our hsbc business plan..and after all i fell into sleep at around 6am again!then woke up at 11am...gosh my mum had not come home yet and i was waiting for the food. coz i hav to meet up my beluv awesome business partner (Justin and Jason) 12pm at mid valley. sorry mates, i was reaching midvalley around 1pm(bad me)... then straight ahead to delifrance, meeting started wif an ice break,chat and joke around...then meeting was started at around 1.30pm... bla bla bla*censor -p n c* rite until 5pm..as usual meeting Adjourned..wow! today meeting was excelent! Must be lot of profit coming soon..ahehe!*dreaming*sorry ar!akeke!ohh ya...there were two old fren msg me while i was meeting... so sweet! dat were chin yee+belle...

then v went shoping.. sport some cloth,shoe and stuffies... we were telling lot of joke while v was shoping..was so funny!haha! then jason went home at around 6pm! then justin n i had a bla wif drink at mcdonald while waiting siaohui(i kno how to spell ur name k_haha!) to meet us..! bla lot of stuff wif justin ...bla bla bla *censor -p n c* then hui came around 8pm...cool! she was holding a nike platic bag..ahem* aiya..expected wat is inside ard(im smart k.ahem*jk!)... dat is my belated present..the cap is juz so nice..thx for those ppl who shared the gift ..i will remember all of u while im wearing the cap...i like it la...trust me-ahem-wink*hahaha!perhap,i prefer the cheque dat hui was holding there...lolz!jkz! ..then v chat awhile then v get home at around 9pm...

get home for my dinner + shower...then went yamcha ...back home around at almost 1 am..then on9 talk to ppl..! suddenly felt like create a blog n write about my journey of life as a record ....and read back once awhile ..i believe it's pretty nice thing to do....dat y im here... pause
